Q: Will there be an attendant at the booth throughout the event?
A: If you rent a deluxe or 360 booth, there will always be an attendant on hand to make sure your event runs smoothly. Our selfie booths do not include an attendant.

Q: How do I book?
A:  Please fill out the Reserve Form and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Q: How many prints are included in the price?
A: We offer unlimited prints during your print photo booth experience. If your event has more than 150+ guests, there may be an additional charge.


Q: How long do the photo strips take to print?
A: Our photos are cut and printed in under 20 seconds so you can get back to fun!

Q: Which booth rentals include props?

For the deluxe and 360 booths, props are provided at no additional charge. We will provide a basket or table of props including signs and handheld objects. If you have a theme, we can try to match it.

Q: How big is the footprint for the photo booth?

A: A 8’x8’ space is recommended.

Q: Do you have any options for physical printing for the 360 photo booth or is it just video?

A: Generally, the 360 booth is for creating videos, gifs, and boomerangs, but if you are interested in adding prints, we could discuss options for additional fees.

Q: How are 360 videos distributed to attendees?

A: Guests can create video captures with the assistance of our booth attendants. After each session the guest will be asked if they'd like to receive a text or email of their session. That text/email will give them instant access to view and download their capture. They can also share on social media. As our client, you would receive a link with all the video captures, so you can download/view.

Q: How much space do you need to set up the 360 booth?

A: 10 feet by 10 is our footprint but this doesn't take into account the area needed for guests to stand and queue in line. We provide everything for our setup, including stanchions to help control the line and keep guests from walking into the area accidentally.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We currently service the Reno/Tahoe and San Diego regions. We love to travel and will consider events outside of our service area for a travel fee.

Q: Do you offer social media uploads?
A:  We offer not only social media capabilities, but also instant text messaging and email. Your guests will simply select the photos they will like and send it to themselves via email or text.


Q: Do you provide a guest book service?
A: Yes, we offer guest book service that includes a customized book, and we also rent audio guest books!

Q: Do you require a deposit? Does the deposit go towards the overall cost of the rental?
A: Due to high demand, we require a date holding fee of 50% to reserve your date. This deposit does go towards the overall cost of the rental.  

Q: What type of branding options do you have available?

A: We can provide branding on the website and email that guests receive (usually a logo and the name of the event), as well as an area on each video (a border can go around the video and that can include branding colors or a logo). Also, we can add branding on the welcome screen that guests see.
